Tally Support Executive

He should work with Sales Team for Pre- Sales Demo and technical clarification for prospective enquiries

• Must have good understanding of the business need of Customers
• Product installation & configuration
• Should know the basic configuration in Tally
• End to End Implementation of Tally ERP of E-invoicing
• Manage the implementation projects within the time allotted for each project
• Support User and Tally Application by personal visit, on telephone, online etc. as per the need
• Response to client as per the need

Desired Candidates Profile: An ideal candidate should be good at configuring Tally applications, Support on Tally E-Invoicing, with commerce Background and strong knowledge in Accountings and should have the below mentioned Personality Traits/ Attributes.

• Good Oral / Written, business communication skills in English
• Proactive, with positive attitude, quick learner and multi- tasking ability
